Eggmuffin with smoked salmon

Ingredients:

1 egg
0.2 cup Almond milk
salt
Pepper
a little handful spinach
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1 slice smoked salmon
dill
mixed salad
1/4 lemon

Instructions:

Whisk egg, almond milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and add the mixture to a muffin cup. Top with spinach. Bake in the oven on 392 Fahrenheit (200 Celcius) for about 25 minutes. Top with cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and serve with salad and lemon.
